Anyone who’s grossed out by? eating snails must have never had one. They charge an arm and a leg for them at fancy french restaurants, and they’re delicious.

I have tried? all kind of snails, but never garden snails.
*Please noticed he actually prepared the snails a couple of days prior to cooking them, to prevent consuming any poison they might have in their systems.

whats the scientific name of it? i’m not sure if? the garden snails in my country are the same variety as the ones in england =/
