I know this is really good for your cholesterol (not for you) but I’m a chef and when I first tryed these eggs back in culinary school I could not believe how good they were!
i just tried the recipe for the scrambled eggs, and WOW are they delicious! I didn’t have any creme fresh, so i used abit cold milk, and cause i didn’t have any chives, i used italian herbs, BUT THEY STILL TASTED DELICIOUS!
@comets00 are you kidding me? This recipe is awesome! I love eggs this creamy, but they should not be eaten too often because they are high in LDL cholesterol.

It’s sorta like sour cream, but its a bit milder and thinner. I think sour cream will still work for this though. They’re usually pretty interchangeable.
