Maybe because it’s a fine dining restaurant. So? everything are more complicated than a usual restaurant

Why don’t you go and eat in Casamia? its all down to? cooking with great produce, and simplicity. it is not complicated, just unique. if you don’t work some where like this, then you wouldn’t understand.
